The UK private limited company was formed with business activities spanning software development, IT consultancy, data processing/hosting and specialised design.
History / 01
A short company chapter.
A longer technical one.
Scratchive began as a software and technology company, worked across custom development, product systems and integrations, then ended its first legal chapter in 2026. The name now marks continuity of the team’s technical work rather than an active company.
Public phase
Custom software, integrations and SaaS ideas.
The public Scratchive identity focused on web applications, WordPress/WooCommerce extensions, integrations, automation and internally developed product concepts.
Dissolution
The limited company was dissolved.
From this point, Scratchive should not be represented as an active UK limited company. Public service intake is paused and the company’s former commercial wording should be treated as historical.
Private build phase
Development continues without a public storefront.
The original developers continue selected product work, maintenance, experiments and engineering research privately while deciding what belongs in a future Scratchive.
Target
A possible renewed public chapter.
The team is working toward a return around mid 2028 with new or reshaped services. The timing, legal structure and exact offering remain intentionally open until they are ready.
